Welcome to Messy Dessy Soapworks! We create fun, handmade soap and bath products for kids and families to enjoy. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to follow the terms and safety guidelines outlined below.


1. Product Use & Safety

1. For External Use Only – Our products are designed for washing, bathing, and play in water. They are not edible. Some items may look like food or candy, but please do not consume.
2. Adult Supervision Recommended – Always supervise children during use, especially with small or novelty items.
3. Soapbomb inner contents and bubbles bath powder – If our concentrated bubble bath powder gets in your eyes - Flush immediately with clean lukewarm running water for 15minutes. If you have  contact lenses, remove them and continue rinsing. Don't rub your eyes as this may cause more irritation. If you have ongoing symptoms such as redness, pain, or blurred vision after rinsing - seek medical help.
4. Sea Sponges - Your organic sea sponge has been thoroughly cleaned, however because of its natural texture, it may contain residual marine particles. Inspect thoroughly before use.  Squeeze out any excess water after each use, and once the soap has been used, every 30 days or so disinfect your sea sponge by doing a vinegar soak to prolong its lifespan.
5. Glowing Ice Cubes:
   
   • Do not chew, bite, or attempt to open the cube.
   • Do not expose to high heat above 50 degrees celsius or flame.
   • Remove from the bath after use and dry before storing.

6. Heat Sensitivity – Refrain from storing any soap products in direct heat or sunlight, as they may lose their shape.
7. Moisture - prolonged moisture in the air may cause glycerin sweat beads to form on the soap. This is due to the presents of glycerin which is a humectant and attracts moisture from the air. It does not affect the quality of the soap.
8. Handmade Products – All products are handmade, so shapes, colours, and sizes may vary slightly from the photos.

2. Allergy & Skin Sensitivity

• We use gentle melt-and-pour soap bases. Some products may contain fragrances, colorants, or botanicals. Always check ingredient lists before use.
• If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider.

3. Liability Disclaimer

• By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that Messy Dessy Soapworks Inc. is not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, or damage caused by failure to follow instructions.
• Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4. Ordering & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept credit card, cash, debit, and e-transfer depending on purchase location. 

5. Shipping & Returns

• Due to the personal nature of bath products, we cannot accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days with any issues.

6. Intellectual Property

• All product names, designs, and images are the property of Messy Dessy Soapworks Inc. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
