Thank you for supporting our small soap and bath product business! We want to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with the same care we put into making our products.
1. Local Delivery
* For orders that are longer than a 30min drive, we will consider this on a case by case basis, and will charge a delivery fee.

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
5. Weather Considerations
Because our products are handcrafted and sensitive to extreme temperatures, we may delay delivery during heatwaves or cold snaps to protect product quality.
6. Pickup Option
If you’d like to pick up your order at our workshop, select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll email you to arrange a convenient time.

- Area Covered: We offer local delivery within a 30-minute drive of our workshop located at 17327 0a Ave. South Surrey BC.
- Delivery Fee: Free!
- Delivery Days: Monday - Friday between 9am - 9pm.
- Delivery Timing: Orders placed by 5pm will be eligible for next scheduled delivery day.
- Contactless Delivery: For your safety, all deliveries are contactless. We’ll leave your order at your doorstep and send a delivery confirmation by email or text.
