These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and handling of bath products containing LED glow cubes (“Product”) provided by Messy Dessy Soapworks (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our Product, you agree to the following Terms.

1.   Intended Use

• Our LED glow cubes are for novelty bath-time enjoyment only.
• Designed for water-immersion decorative and gentle play purposes—they are not intended for chewing, biting, or rough play.
• Not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts and choking hazards.
• All use must be supervised by a responsible adult.

2.   Safety Warnings

1. Choking Hazard – LED glow cubes are small and may be swallowed or lodged in the throat. Keep away from small children and pets.
2. Breakage or Leakage –
   • Do not attempt to open or puncture the cube.
   • If cube casing cracks or leaks, discontinue use immediately and dispose of properly.
   • Contents inside are not edible and may be harmful if swallowed 
3. Heat Exposure – Do not expose cubes to boiling water, direct flame, or temperatures above 50°C (122°F).
4. Electrical Safety – LED cubes contain small batteries. Never attempt to remove or replace the battery.
5. Slippery Surfaces – Use caution when entering and exiting the bath when a glow cube is in the water as cubes and soapy water may make surfaces slippery.

3. Supervision & Age Guidelines

• Children under 8 years old must be supervised when using the Product.
• This product contains electronic components and is not a chew toy.
• Never leave children unattended with Product in or outside the bath.

4. Maintenance & Reuse

• After use, remove cubes from bath, dry thoroughly with a soft towel, and store in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid submerging in soapy water for extended periods to prolong lifespan.
• The LED light function is temporary and may diminish over time. No guarantee is made regarding battery life.

5. Medical Disclaimer
Our bath products are cosmetic novelty items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have allergies, or medical concerns, consult a physician before use.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional.

6. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company is not responsible for injury, damage, allergic reactions, staining, or property damage resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or failure to follow instructions.
• By purchasing and using this Product, you assume full responsibility for ensuring safe and appropriate handling.
• In no event shall the Company be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, personal injury, or damage to personal property.

7. Returns & Warranty

• Due to the personal care nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives defective or damaged in transit.
• LED glow cubes are novelty items with limited battery life and are not warrantied for ongoing function after initial
  use.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.

By purchasing or using this Product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
